Preheat your oven to 400°F/200°C/Gas 6. Line a brownie tin with parchment paper.
Mash 2 Bananas in a large bowl.
Add 1 Egg and 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract.
Add 2 tablespoon Maple syrup, 0.5 cup Cashew butter and 0.25 cup Cocoa powder.
Mix well to combine.
Pour the batter into the lined tin.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and slice into squares.
Notes
To make these banana brownies more presentable, you could put a swirl of nut butter on the top of them.
Make sure to use really ripe bananas to make this. Ones that have a few brown spots on them (but not totally black), as this will give the sweetest brownies.
Let the chocolate banana brownies cool completely before cutting.
If you prefer a cakier brownie, then you could add a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
