A pot of chocolate yogurt topped with raspberries and chocolate chips.

Chocolate Yogurt

Dannii Martin
A rich and silky Chocolate Yogurt that tastes far more indulgent than it actually is, and it's sugar free too. Impressive enough to serve at a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon Cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate chips dark; sugar free
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Divide between ramekins and chill for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Make sure to really whip the chocolate yogurt to make it nice and silky smooth and it helps to make sure there is no clumps from the cacao powder too. You could always sift the cacao powder.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon to add a lovely warm flavor to the chocolate yogurt.
  • You could swap the cacao powder for a chocolate protein powder which would give this even more of a protein boost.
  • Allow the mixture to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. This lets it thicken a little, and also brings all the flavors together.
